Based Finance is regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and is a member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA). By using the Based Finance website at basedfinance.com.au (the "Site") or engaging our mortgage broking services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Our Services

Based Finance provides mortgage broking and credit assistance services. This includes helping you identify home loan products from our lender panel, comparing loan options based on your circumstances, and assisting with the preparation and lodgement of loan applications. Our services are available to clients across Australia.

Our services are limited to credit products (home loans, investment loans, refinancing, and related facilities). We do not provide advice on investment products, superannuation, insurance, or general financial products. Nothing on this Site constitutes financial product advice as defined under the Corporations Act 2001.

Submitting an enquiry or application through Based Finance does not guarantee that you will be approved for a loan.
